Colin MacNair

A lifelong resident of Wake County, Colin attended Broughton High School and the University of North Carolina. Earning a North Carolina Real Estate Brokers License and a North Carolina General Contractors License, he has excelled at Brokerage of homes, land and horse farms. He also has extensive experience in Home Building and Developing Residential and Commercial properties.

For four years Colin served on the Board of Directors of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors. He has also served as an Officer and Director of local charities and civic groups. As an avid horseman, Colin participates in fox hunting and show jumping.

John P. Daly
Commercial Broker

John's concentration is on the sales and leasing of land and commercial property and helping investors achieve their real estate and financial objectives. Market planning, site selection and lease negotiation are his specialty.

Prior to joining RealPro Realty, John held senior management positions with Yum Restaurants International in restaurant development, operations and franchising. He also leased and managed shopping centers for a real estate brokerage firm in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

John has resided in North Carolina for over 8 years and is a native of Toronto. He graduated with an economics degree from the University of Western Ontario.

Andrew Chung
General Manager

Andrew has been in the Triangle area for the past 7 years. As a real estate broker, he has been a top-producer as well as a real estate manager, coaching and mentoring agents and helping them succeed. Andrew offers time tested, marketing resources to help agents develop and grow their business throughout all market conditions.

Andrew has a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois and a JD-MBA from The Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Before being in real estate, Andrew served as the Director/V.P. for a leading world market investment banking firm where he specialized in mergers/acquisitions and corporate reorganization.

Ngawang Cheochen
Broker

Ngawang has a Master's Degree in English Literature and teaching from Panjab University in India. He speaks Tibetan, English, Hindi, Nepali, Urdu and a few other dialects. In Nepal, Ngawang was a Headmaster/Principal of some reputed schools. After immigrating to the United States in 2000, he became an Executive Director.  Since relocating to North Carolina in 2005, Ngawang has worked for Sears Holdings as a Customer Solutions Consultant.

At RealPro Realty, Ngawang looks forward to helping people find their dream home while providing excellent customer service. He has expertise in helping customers find the perfect home based on education, employment, business and recreation.

Janet Sher
Broker

Receiving her real estate license in 1980 and coming from a family of builders and real estate developers in the northeast has helped Janet learn the importance of focusing on clients' needs by listening to them and understanding their priorities. She has a through knowledge of the real estate markets in Raleigh, Cary and surrounding areas of RTP as well as coastal areas around Wilmington, NC.

Whether it is by assisting buyers or sellers, handling property assemblages, land or "For Sale by Owners," Janet knows that honesty, professionalism and communication are paramount to a successful real estate transaction. Her mission is to create a business relationship with clients that will run smoothly from the first meeting to the closing table. Alex Arriaga

A graduate of 5 top undergraduate and graduate academic programs, Mr. Arriaga holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Purdue University. Alex has a broad range of business, entrepreneurial and real estate experience, including management of technical, marketing, sales and operational organizations with multi-million dollar profit and loss responsibility. Alex spent the first years of his career working for IBM, a top ranked national technology company specializing in international software implementations. 

After working at IBM, Alex founded a business intelligence software consulting firm working primarily in the Southeast United States which he later sold in order to dedicate his career fully to

real estate. Alex’s analytical background in engineering has proven to be a solid foundation for opportunity evaluation since the beginning of his own real estate investing company in 2001 focusing in major metropolitan areas like South Florida, Washington DC, Las Vegas and Raleigh-Durham. Currently Alex is involved in development projects from the financial standpoint to the day to day development planning and execution. Alex is a real estate licensee in the state of North Carolina and has personally mentored investors across the USA in the business of real estate investing.

Vivian Fish

A lifelong resident of Wake County, Vivian knows the area and has witnessed the development of the county first hand. Vivian is a graduate of Peace College and holds a BA in Business Management from North Carolina State University.

Prior to her career in residential real estate, Vivian worked over 12 years in project financial management in the pharmaceutical research industry. With this experience she brings analytical, organizational and problem solving skills to RealPro Realty. She is dedicated to customer service and will exceed your real estate needs.

Teresa Naef

Teresa was born and raised in Raleigh, NC. After attending North Carolina State University, where she majored in accounting, she began a career in the hospitality industry where she held corporate level positions in human resources, accounting, sales and marketing. After a successful career of eighteen years in the hospitality industry, Teresa decided to follow her true passion in Real Estate. A multi million dollar producer, Teresa has a thorough knowledge of the Triangle area market and extensive experience with both buyers and sellers. Greg has been in the Mortgage industry for the past 15 years. Currently he is the President and CEO of Homestead Mortgage & Finance, Inc. Greg has been involved in several start-up companies which have created multiple branch locations throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. In addition to working in the mortgage business, Greg is a licensed realtor in the State of North Carolina. As the President of Homestead Properties L.L.C.. , Greg purchases properties for the purpose of rehabilitating them and selling them for a profit.

At RealPro Realty, Greg will focus on the brokerage of commercial real estate. Greg, Linda and their three children currently reside in Holly Springs, where they have lived for the last nine years.

Rob Littke, Broker

Rob Littke started his career in marketing at 22, after moving to Florida to complete his BA in Management at Eckerd College and then his Masters in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University. Rob took helped develop marketing for the real estate, development, and mortgage industry

Rob works with both investors and owner occupied buyers to make wise real estate choices. In addition, Rob helps sellers attract buyers from all over the world for fast, smooth, satisfying, transactions. Colin Drake MacNair
Broker

Colin Drake MacNair is a lifelong native of Raleigh, NC and brings several years’ worth of experience in property management and general brokerage to RealPro Realty.  Before getting started in the real estate business, Drake worked in commercial construction for Empire Properties in downtown Raleigh.  Working there taught him a great deal not only about how things are built and problems solved, but also lent invaluable lessons on how to deal with different types of people and concerns.

Obtaining his real estate brokers license in 2006, Drake took a job in general brokerage and property management. Throughout eastern and central North Carolina he focused on rural investment and timber properties as well as farming and recreational parcels.  He has joined RealPro Realty with the intention of having more of a focus on the Raleigh and Triangle area markets.

Drake is an avid outdoorsman and voracious reader.  He also holds the principles of honesty, integrity, fairness, respect and loyalty to an extreme degree of importance in everyday life as well as the business world.  To Drake, being a Real Estate Broker is less about fast-talking “selling” and more about helping people find what suits their intentions and means in the best possible way. Kalisha Reed
Broker Associate


Kalisha was born and raised in Virginia Beach, VA. She moved to North Carolina in 2006 to pursue a law degree. Before moving to NC, Kalisha obtained her MBA from Strayer University while assisting a Community Manager with 11 different homeowner association communities. After her first year of law school, Kalisha realized she no longer wanted to become an attorney, so she decided to pursue a real estate career. She interned with a start-up property management company until she obtained her Real Estate license which helped to confirm that she had a passion to become a real estate Broker.

Before coming to Real Pro Realty, Kalisha specialized in residential sales. She managed homeowner associations for 14 communities which consisted of condominiums, town homes, single-family homes and office complexes. Kalisha has recently started Major Management, LLC a division of Real Pro Realty where she will continue to manage homeowner associations, handle residential sales and help grow the property management division of Real Pro Realty. When Kalisha is not assisting others with their real estate needs, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
